When I hear all this abundant talk of women’s day
I am at a loss for words, dont know what to say
For at the subtle level, there is no male or female
Though it might sound to you like a fairy tale
Yet in the everyday hush hush of life each time
This comparison has been made so subtle so sublime
That we just want to make one superior over the other
But we forget its the same, Lord Shiva or Divine Mother
This is just duality there is no equality or inequality
Of course everyone needs to have a grand personlity
Yet making it an issue and raising so much hue and cry
Just look over and overlook but give meditation a try
If we want to pay true respect to all forms of life
It is an occassion to be celebrated despite all strife
